DONATE
DONATING TO THE VERNON MONUMENT CHARITY.
The Monument is funded entirely by voluntary donations. All and any contributions are very welcome.
The Project is registered as a Charity in England and Wales.
The initial purpose of raising funds for the Project was to cover the costs of designing and creating the 1.25 life-size bronze statue that has now been installed. Some funding has also been used to provide the technology through which visitors can learn about the origins of the site as well as those who lived, worked and trained within its walls over the years of its occupation by the Royal Navy as HMS VERNON. Contributions are still required for the ongoing maintenance of the statue, updating static story boards, maintaining technology and providing access for those who are partially sighted or blind.
